This service is designed to help students prepare and submit complete, accurate, and professional college applications to Canadian institutions. By purchasing this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Scope

This service includes the preparation and submission of a single application to a Canadian post-secondary institution, provided the school is on our partner list. We will handle all administrative aspects of the submission process, including document review, form completion, and deadline tracking.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Payment Requirement: Full payment must be made at the time of service request.

2.2 Non-Refundable: All payments for this service are final and non-refundable unless Tenn-K Consultants Ltd. cannot fulfill the service due to internal error.

3. Responsibilities

3.1 Student Responsibilities: You must provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents as requested. Delays or errors resulting from missing or incorrect information are the sole responsibility of the student.

3.2 Our Responsibilities: We will complete and submit your application accurately, based on the information you provide.

4. Service Limitations

This service covers one (1) application per purchase.

This is not an advisory service and does not include program matching, visa support, or school-specific consultation.

The service is valid only for schools on our partner list. If your chosen school is not a partner, we will notify you and offer an alternative solution.

5. Conduct & Communication

We expect respectful and professional communication from all clients. Abuse, threats, or disruptive behavior may result in termination of service without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

Any templates, materials, or forms provided to assist with the application process remain the intellectual property of Tenn-K Consultants Ltd. and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

Program recommendations are based on the information you provide and current program data. We do not guarantee admission, visa approval, or post-graduation outcomes.

8. Cancellation and Termination

8.1 Cancellation by Participant: Since the program is a one-time purchase, cancellation after enrolment is not permitted. No refunds will be issued.

8.2 Termination by Us: Tenn-K Consultants Ltd. and New Roots Canadian Settlement Services Ltd. reserve the right to cancel your service if you fail to comply with these Terms or provide false/misleading information.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and Jamaica. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the applicable Canadian or Jamaican courts.
