ASIC Mentorship and Accountability Suite

Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to the Mentorship and Accountability Service, an exclusive add-on to the ASIC Success Support System. This service is designed to provide personalized guidance, mentorship, and accountability support for participants seeking an enhanced experience in their study journey to Canada. By enrolling in this service, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility and Program Requirements

1.1 Prerequisite: Enrolment in the ASIC Success Support System is a mandatory requirement for accessing the Mentorship and Accountability Service.

1.2 Commitment: Participants must actively engage in scheduled mentorship sessions, complete assigned tasks, and adhere to program guidelines to maximize the benefits of this service.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Payment Options: Participants must pay in full or select an approved instalment plan at the time of enrolment.

2.2 Refund Policy: Tenn-K Consultants Ltd. guarantees that students who complete all required steps and follow our expert guidance will receive at least one offer of admission from a Designated Learning Institution (DLI) in Canada, provided they meet basic eligibility requirements.

If a student is not offered admission after fully participating in the ASIC program, they may be eligible for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

Refund Eligibility Conditions:

- The student has completed all on-boarding steps, submitted the required documents on time, and followed all guidance and timelines provided by the Tenn-K team.

- The student exhausted all three (3) application submissions to institutions or programs that were recommended by Tenn-K.

- All applications were submitted by Tenn-K on the student's behalf or reviewed and approved before submission.

- The student did not receive any admission offer from any of the three institutions, and official documentation of refusal is provided.

- The student attended required bi-weekly check-in meetings, submitted requested information and documents, and fully cooperated during the process.

- The student has not violated any application instructions, submitted false or incomplete documents, or failed to respond to school inquiries.

It is the client’s responsibility to pay attention to and ensure that they meet the minimum academic, language, and other program-specific requirements for the schools and programs being applied to. While Tenn-K provides guidance and support, admission decisions are made solely by the institutions.

If all the above conditions are met and no admission offer is received, the full program fee will be refunded — no games, no excuses.

This refund does not apply in cases where the student:

- Chooses to apply to programs or institutions outside of our recommendations.

- Submits incomplete, false, or misleading documentation.

- Fails to respond to school requests, emails, or timelines.

- Misses key deadlines outlined during the ASIC process.
